This Accessibility Statement applies for the following “Home Gateway App - iOS”.
Compliance status
This application is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI EN 301549 (WCAG 2.1) due to the cases of non-compliance and/or exceptions listed below.
Not accessible contents
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reasons: Non-compliance with Italian Law 4/2004.
- 1.1.1 Non-textual content: some images or controls containing images have no alternative text or have alternative text that is not meaningful.
- 1.3.1 Info and relationships: in some cases, information, structure or relationships between elements on the screen cannot be determined programmatically or are not available via text.
- 1.3.3 Sensory characteristics: in some cases, the position of the graphical interface elements simulates the physical position on the connected device.
- 1.4.1 Use of color: in some cases relating to checkboxes, errors are only communicated through the color of the associated text.
- 1.4.3 Contrast (minimum): the visual representation of the text against the background does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required.
- 1.4.4 Resize text: in some cases, the text size does not follow the user's system preferences.
- 1.4.11 Non text contrast: the visual representation of the information needed to identify the interactive components of the interface and their states does not always have the minimum contrast ratio required.
- 2.1.1 Keyboard: Most interface elements cannot be accessed from an external keyboard. Some controls or elements cannot be accessed using assistive technologies.
- 2.4.3 Focus order: on some views, the focus of assistive technologies does not follow the logical order of the page, for example on some pop-ups.
- 2.4.6 Headings and labels: some headings and labels describing complex controls or views do not have meaningful text.
- 2.4.7 Focus visible: keyboard focus is not visible on some interactive elements of the interface, such as in some forms.
- 3.1.2 Language of parts: some fields in the form are in English even when the main language of the app is Italian.
- 3.3.2 Labels or instructions: in some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when the content requires user input, or the instructions are only presented visually through images or combinations of elements.
- 4.1.2 Name, role, value: for some user interface components, the name, role, status, properties and values cannot be determined programmatically.

It was written after completing an accessibility evaluation by means of a third-party assessment.
